Centrally located, but noise from adjacent rooms bothersome.

Great location in the heart of Parma, just a short walk to major attractions like the museum complex at Palazzo Pilotta. The staff were helpful and polite, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, and the bathroom well-equipped—with good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a nice selection, but I wish there were more healthy options. The carpet in my room felt a bit outdated, and there was street noise that made sleeping challenging at times. The air conditioning worked well, but it was noisy at night. Overall, the charming historical vibe made it a comfortable stay.

Had a lovely stay where we enjoyed the big, antique room and the modern bathroom's updates. Perfect for unwinding, they had a cozy lounge area and a great rooftop terrace. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

The hotel enjoys a great location, just a short walk from attractions and the park where the Parma Palio is held. The rooms are clean and spacious, making it a comfortable stay for families. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and eager to help with our needs during our visit.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was somewhat noisy at times, which disrupted our sleep.

We loved the location, just a short walk to the cathedrals and theaters. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options that kept everyone happy, including our furry family members! It’s a beautiful hotel that's very family-friendly.
For dads, it would be great to have more chairs in the room.

Perfect spot in the heart of the city!
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the vibe! The hotel is super close to all major attractions, and the staff was really nice, they pointed us to a fantastic restaurant nearby, just 2 mins away! The room was comfy and clean, although the Wi-Fi dropped a few times. Breakfast options looked good but we skipped it.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a snack bar. The staff once assisted me with currency tips during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I recommend checking in early to enjoy the lounge area. I’m coming back for a weekend.

Recommended for couples looking for a comfortable stay
We arrived and the reception was so warm, they really made us feel welcome right off the bat. The breakfast spread was to die for,, with everything you could think of, fresh fruits, pastries that just melted in your mouth, and even some mean scrambled eggs. You just gotta love that.
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but for what we got it was still reasonable.
